The WEClimate App provides a dedicated platform designed to facilitate reflection, connection, and collective action on climate-related issues. It offers a practical approach to addressing global climate challenges through local engagement. The app enables users to explore an expanding network of environmental organizations and initiatives, fostering collaboration to promote sustainable practices within their communities. Additionally, it allows for the registration of sites requiring assistance, such as areas affected by land slippage and erosion, to request targeted support. Users can also access information on local climate issues, available solutions, and education programs focused on Vetiver grass, aimed at empowerment and environmental resilience. Furthermore, the platform incorporates features for voting on and discussing proposed climate policies relevant to each country. Currently, WEClimate is operational in Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, and Suriname.
